Real Estate Division of The Rick Hall Law Firm

Mr. McGee currently serves as the attorney for the real estate division of the Rick Hall Law Firm,   Frederick I. Hall, III, P.A. in Lexington, South Carolina where his work is focused on commercial and residential real estate closings, title insurance, and right-of-way projects. He is a licensed title agent with First American Title Insurance Company and has previously had relationships with Fidelity National Title Company and Investors Title Company. Mr. McGee has worked in the real estate industry since his days in college and has been on all sides of a real estate transaction — as a real estate agent, buyer, seller, lender and closing attorney. Additionally, Mr. McGee recently served as the Interim Commissioner for District 2 at the South Carolina Public Service Commission, giving him valuable insight into utility and transportation regulation.

Mr. McGee received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Presbyterian College in Business Administration and Accounting in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association since 2002.

Mr. McGee has lived in Lexington since 1983, graduating from Lexington High School in 1992.  Thereafter, Mr. McGee received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Presbyterian College in Business Administration and Accounting in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999.  He has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association since 2002.

Mr. McGee is an active member of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church, where he has served as an Elder, Sunday School Teacher, and member of the Handbell Choir and Drama Team.  Mr. McGee spent many years coaching youth football, basketball, and baseball and was a longtime board member of the Lexington Rotary Club.

Mr. McGee lives in Lexington with his wife, Stephanie, and his three children.
