From 1990 to 1996 Mr. Hall was defense and litigation counsel for several consumer lending institutions and banks, practicing in the area of collections, bankruptcy and foreclosure law. This area of practice has given Mr. Hall extensive knowledge of how to litigate claims against large corporations and businesses, from the Plaintiff's perspective.

Mr. Hall's private practice experience has been limited primarily to civil and criminal litigation and real estate with an emphasis in personal injury and workers' compensation law, including third party products liability claims and medical negligence. Mr. Hall's private practice has included commercial litigation and arbitration, lender liability cases, consumer fraud, and arbitration of commercial disputes. As a partner in Hall & Landers, LLC, Mr. Hall's emphasis is personal injury litigation, products liability claims, serious workers' compensation cases and social security disability claims. Mr. Hall has successfully handled a number of serious workers' compensation cases involving brain and spinal cord injuries resulting in total and permanent disability. Workers' compensation claims often result from defective products and in this regard, Mr. Hall has been successful in achieving settlements for a number of his clients by pursuing products liability claims for those people injured on the job. The firm of Hall & Landers, LLC also handles pharmaceutical liability claims and has successfully prosecuted claims against major drug store chains. Mr. Hall's legal experience has also included many jury trials, successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases.
